Pulut Panggang




 Pulut Panggang

Pagi ni breakfast pulut panggang. Pagi2 dah membakar, abis satu rumah berasap. Senang je nak buat pulut panggang. Mula-mula pulut tuh, kita rendam sehari. Then, kukus dalam sejam.

Inti dia pulak, kita blend cili, serai, bawang merah(3 ulas), bawang putih(3 ulas) dan ikan bilis. Then masak garing2 atas kuali. 

Masukkan kelapa(kalau boleh kita nak yang putih je). Goreng garing dan bila dah naik bau, angkat.

Then, bungkus dengan kulit pisang, letak pulut dan letak inti di tengah-tengah. Boleh di simpan dalam freeze. Bila nak makan, baru bakar.
