Small Steps for Big Change

 Frankly, am planning for something something BIG! but but again, its not really easy! Semalam after watched video Never Ever give UP!


Saya terus rasa bersemangat! Well, the first day was not really doing good, last night makan nasi separuh pinggan lagi! lols.....

Hari ini, hari ke-2, untuk sarapan saya makan:

Breakfast: Air suam, 4 keping biskut, *update: lupa sepotong kek coklat pagi tadi (hihi daripada kak im yang tersayang juga di office)

Lunch: Mee hun sup (dah siap2 masak daripada rumah)

Dinner: Mangga (ada lg sebiji kat rumah) hihihi

Kalau org down kan? ehem, sy tgk balik video tu, naik balik semangat saya, nak buat mcm mana, sy ni berat da melebihi subsidi yg dibenarkan, namun saya berterima kasih kepada rakan2 saya, kak siti, iylia,kak julie(jiran sy yg sayang),kak is(jiran yg sy sayang juga) dan yg tidak terhingga kepada suami saya, yg sudi mencintai sy dgn seadanya, isterinya yang obesiti! terima kasih abang!

*tidak lupa juga kepada kak im tersayang hihihihi
