lose 1 kg in 1 week. What i've done?
- tgh malam workout 12 minit pakai video eksesais
- malam2 no2 rice (makan buah bersama sokongan suami yg turut makan buah sahaja)
- monitor kalories intake
- belajar tahan stress, sbb susah nak nafsu makan sebenarnya
- ohohoh perjalanan yg terlalu jauh lagi, berkilo2 tan mau buang ini, tapi its normal? bila kita lepas makan berat kita naik?
