Skidding skidding! Fuh, it really really susah susah tahan nafsu makan okey! Imagine before ni pagi,lunch time,tea time even dinner bedal semua makanan,then when i decided to change a lifestyle, lols it really beyond my expectation!
Maybe am still not get use to kawal kawal nafsu makanan, and again,never ever kira kaloriess of food intake, maafkan saya!
Hari ini, pagi2 andak buatkan a cup of pineapple juice. Yummy! Breakfast makan betik sahaja. Saya mmg tidak ambil minuman manis, from fruits sy dptkan sugar maybe it consider balance, lols.
Lunch,half cup of rice, fish curry and vege. Snack time manggo, again malam fruit lagi. Perasaan diet? Okey okey, it suck okey! Stress tahan nafsu makan!
Malam sy workout ala2 hipotomus senam bout 15 minutes! Looks like sy turun but its water loss mungkin? Ohoho, setahun mungkin sy akan mendapat berat ideal? Atau 2,3,4 tahun lg? Lols
