Curvette of the Year Photo Shoot

Salam and Selamat Hari Raya to all!

Been awhile am not posting here. Yesterday, I went to damansara for a photo shoot (my first time ever and hope not for last, more photo shoot in the future). Selected among the top 6, Curvette of the Year (Curves Malaysia).

All of the top 6 (curvette of the year) were excellent! All the best and whoever be the winner, i will satisfied because for me, frankly, we are the WINNER !

Ok, not so much to share, but for all woman out there, please dont ever ever give up...am still struggling to lose weight and yes sometimes up and down , but don't ever ever stop losing hope and definitely losing weight (do exercise regularly)...because we are special and this quote i saw from twitter , i am happy to share it here,

Rahsia Kurus Julie?

Rahsia Kurus Julie? Sebenarnya tiada rahsia..maaf tajuk saja i bagi gempak..hihihii..All is about exercises and segalanya bermula disini, Curves Laman Seri

I tahu, sesetangah will thinking, ada consume apa-apa ubat tak likes ubat kurus dalam masa 6 jam ke, or whatsoever, but i dont!

Last year, i dapat curvette of the year. Tq coach aida (yg sangat supportive, love you aida!), and not to forget, coach zu dan zaf (yang sangat sweet dan prihatin! without you, segalanya pasti mustahil) Love you so much and much.

I will cerita a little bit how i lose weight di sini. (This is based my own experience, and it may not suit to you.. :).  Firstly, I try my best to cut my sugar and salt also carbs. I memang selalu skip breakfast, sebab i rasa senang nak lose weight if i skip breakfast. hehe...doc yang membaca jangan marah. 

Then, lunch i makan sayur and buah. Balik office, before magbrib, i akan makan something yg heavy skit but not in big amount macam mihun goreng atau tomyam mihun. Malam kalau lapar sangat i akan makan buah (selalu orang buat stok barang basah, i buat stok buah).

Hah, sebelum lupa, i memang tak minum minuman manis langsung, not at all. I cuma minum air putih, dalam sehari at least 3 litres! Witra too (anak perempuan tunggal seorang ni) i didik dari kecik minum air suam. Till now, witra only tahu air kosong. She knew few sweet drinks like milo dan sirap. 

In the beginning, memang sangat susah and nothing is easy kan...jadi slowly and take one step at once. I took one year to lose weight and i know, you, yes YOU! can do it! Never give up! Never ever give up! Semua orang ada target to lose weight, set your target and try to achieve it.

InsyaAllah, i will try my best to share any tips, and again, SHARING IS CARING.

Long Journey


Assalammualaikum....



Julie is back! hihihi after few years tak menulis dan nothing to update since then kan. Gambar kat bawah julie tergerak nak share pagi ni. Yup, it is very a long long journey for lose weight. Firstly, thank you to my beloved cousin kakak(tak sure akak baca tak blog ana yang tak famous ni :) but you are totally change me kakak! (emosi pula tatkala menaip ni..:).



At first, i ingat lagi i taknak kurus! (this one memang macam video adik comel yang taknak kurus tu...hahahahha). I joined gym Curve at Laman Seri Shah Alam (ini bukan post berbayar, hihi tetapi ini tulus dari hati saya). I join start dari bulan 2 last year, 2014. Since then i paksa diri pergi gym sebelum masuk ofis.



Tolak dari rumah pukul 7 pagi.  Sampai gym pukul 8 pagi, saya mulakan rutin senam ala2 anak2 ayam saya selama sejam, pukul 9 saya gerak masuk ofis. Rutin ni i buat selama setahun. Makan? I memang disiplin bab makan, nasi or carbs i memang cuba avoid. Focus on vege and fruits. Vege favourite saya semua sayur yang ada daun dan buah jambu batu (tapi nak memotong nya amat jenuh!)



But bear in mind, till now i still struggling to lose weight.
