1 kg = lemak? + air?

lose 1 kg in 1 week. What i've done?

  1. tgh malam workout 12 minit pakai video eksesais
  2. malam2 no2 rice (makan buah bersama sokongan suami yg turut makan buah sahaja)
  3. monitor kalories intake
  4. belajar tahan stress, sbb susah nak nafsu makan sebenarnya
  5. ohohoh perjalanan yg terlalu jauh lagi, berkilo2 tan mau buang ini, tapi its normal? bila kita lepas makan berat kita naik?
