Assalammualaikum....
Julie is back! hihihi after few years tak menulis dan nothing to update since then kan. Gambar kat bawah julie tergerak nak share pagi ni. Yup, it is very a long long journey for lose weight. Firstly, thank you to my beloved cousin kakak(tak sure akak baca tak blog ana yang tak famous ni :) but you are totally change me kakak! (emosi pula tatkala menaip ni..:).
At first, i ingat lagi i taknak kurus! (this one memang macam video adik comel yang taknak kurus tu...hahahahha). I joined gym Curve at Laman Seri Shah Alam (ini bukan post berbayar, hihi tetapi ini tulus dari hati saya). I join start dari bulan 2 last year, 2014. Since then i paksa diri pergi gym sebelum masuk ofis.
Tolak dari rumah pukul 7 pagi. Sampai gym pukul 8 pagi, saya mulakan rutin senam ala2 anak2 ayam saya selama sejam, pukul 9 saya gerak masuk ofis. Rutin ni i buat selama setahun. Makan? I memang disiplin bab makan, nasi or carbs i memang cuba avoid. Focus on vege and fruits. Vege favourite saya semua sayur yang ada daun dan buah jambu batu (tapi nak memotong nya amat jenuh!)
But bear in mind, till now i still struggling to lose weight.
