2016, sentiasa mengharap yang terbaik. cewah...ok...new year resolution? just started gym routine back dan strongly hope dapat maintan untuk kekal sihat dan bertenaga sepanjang hari. Bukan senang nak senang dan bukan susah nak susah....nak maintain sihat dan keep on motivate exercise mmg mencabar.
80% food dan 20% excercise, this year saya decided to closely monitor food intake, nasi avoid? mmg payah tapi dah pergi ke rumah mertua akan main jeling mata sahaja, ambil hati makan sesuap dua nasi. ni tips no 1, :) . tips no 2 tiada lagi rakan-rakan sekalian.
From day 1 this year, bila dah monitor diet betul-betul, ada rasa yang susah nak describe, macam mengidam pun ada hahaha, sekarang tengah menulis pun ada perasaan tuh, not to say grumppy tak tentu hala tuh, tp lebih kepada menahan lapar dan dahaga. i think i can handle this feeling the rest of my life ..cewah
Apa yang penting, kekal sihat dan lebih sihat. InsyaAllah i can do it!
